Initial Design Consultation
Our initial design consultation is a FREE service and there is no obligation! We will help
you get started and provide you with an accurate pricing estimate, regardless of who you decide to
partner with for the remainder of the project.
Prototype Design
We use the information gathered during the Design Consultation to build a one-page website
prototype. The prototype will contain the primary design features selected for your website such
as the color scheme, the home page header layout, the main menu layout for site navigation, your
company logo, fonts, etc. Again, this is a FREE service and there is no obligation.
Domain Registration and Web Hosting Setup
The construction process begins after you are satisfied with the Prototype Design. At this
point you may want help securing a domain URL (www.yoursitename.com). We can to do this for you if
need be. You may also want help choosing a web host. We work with a variety of web hosting companies.
We can help you secure the most affordable Internet server space that satisfies the technical
requirements for your website.
Domain eMail Setup
Most websites have a CONTACT US page with automatic eMail functionality. If you want a page like
that for your new website, we will setup the new eMail account for your domain on the Internet
server, and in Outlook on your personal computers at home and work.
Website Programming
You may be asked to provide us with written content (text) depending upon the subject matter of your
website. Likewise, you may provide us with photographic content, or we can do the photography for
you at no additional cost in most cases. Website programming will begin when we have all of your
content materials. You are welcome to be a part of this process, but you may find it painfully
boring. Lucky for you, we love this stuff!
Testing and Publishing
When you are satisfied with the finished product, we test the software thoroughly using all of the
major web browsers, make revisions and then publish your website. During this process your website
URL will be submitted to all of the major search engines for indexing. We may also work with you to
promote your website on other sites related to your business or industry.
Ongoing Website Maintenance
We can teach you one-on-one (or someone at your place of business) the fundamentals of HTML
programming so you can learn to maintain your website without additional cost. Or we can provide
you with monthly maintenance services at a very modest price. Monthly maintenance services can be
purchased on a month-by-month basis for only those months that require a website update.
